Do Apex Interactive Debugger support free developer editions on VS code?

Hi Friends,
Just to know if, the Apex Interactive Debugger supports the free developer editions or trailhead support.
Wish to use it with VS code for debugging, Please let me know the comments.

If you face any issue with the developer edition those trailhead support teams will not support.

then no free developer edition support and support to Trailhead.

I probably may go with Replay debugger which may be a good choice for developer experience.
