Way to send letters to customers not email using existing templates in Word document

We need to send letters(notices) to customers about any complaint or chane is schedule using the existing templates which are stored in word documents on one server say Filnet.
Which is ther best way to accomplish that in Salesforce ?
Any AppExchange application exists for that as looks like nothing OOTB in salesforce ?
