how to enable developer mode for the organisation users

How to enable the developer mode for my organisation users? users were not able to edit the code like apex classes and visualforce pages.Any suggestions please

Hi Raza,
Please follow below steps

Go to select->Quick box type user and select user name->click edit->click enable -Development Mode->save

From your personal settings, enter Advanced User Details in the Quick Find box, then select Advanced User Details. No results? Enter Personal Information in the Quick Find box, then select Personal Information.
Click Edit.
Select the Development Mode checkbox.
Optionally, select the Show View State in Development Mode checkbox to enable the View State tab on the development footer. This tab is useful for monitoring the performance of your Visualforce pages.
Click Save.

Thanks for quick reply Vishal,I couldn't find Development Mode in user name.Any other alternate;
