View Audit Record for Cases

Hello, I would be grateful for any assistance with the following question. Where can we find an audit record for cases to see when changes have been made and who has made them?

There is a existing report available "Case History Report", you can use this resport to get all the details which you need.

You can set field history retention policy on case objects to view the information you are looking for
