Modify picklist field of a related list

My related list of an object has a picklist field. I want few values from that field to be removed. How can I do this.

Hi Suman,

Please deactivate the values from the related object so that they will not be visible.
For this, in the related object go to the Fields and Relationships and click the picklist field. Deactivate the values which you don't want to see.

>> In the Custom Fields & Relationships related list, click the name of the picklist field to update.
