Process Automation Specialist Challenge #2 :Please check the custom fields on the Account object. Not all custom fields were found

I created all the custom fields and validation rules and cross checked with this Forum answers , but still am facing below error! 

Can you guide me to trace what is missing to complete this challenge

Please check the following:
1. Check the name of validation rules and custom fields are appropriate as per challenge.
2. Check whether your custom fields have any namespace on it or not.?
2. Check validation rule is activated or not?
