knowledge article expiration email for the user.

Hello Everyone,

In My org a user is facing a issue like below:
 please look into why I no longer receive KA expiration notifications? I own several KAs with expiration dates in March and April, and have not received any expiration notifications since February.

I am trying to check why the user is not reciving the email can anyone suggest me how can i check why this user is not receiving the email.
suggestions will be helpful to find the root cause.

Hi Priya,

I assume that 'Expiration Date' is a custom field that has been created on the Article Types that you might have in there.

What you need to do is

Edit the article, enter the desired expiration date. (Provided expiration date is visible on the layout that you see)

Once the article is edited, you can re-publish the article.

But my senario is find the actully whenever the article gets expire it sends a email. but one of the users concern is that he/she has not recived any KA expiration email so i have to find out the root cause why the user is not reciving the expiration email.

Priya check the user profile and permission you will get your answer.

And try comparing with other user's permission who are getting the emails.
