Lead Object Outbound message

Hi - I am integrating SF with my Service to receive any changes done to the Lead. An outbound message is triggred for changes done to a service end point. The normal changes are working fine but how do we capture changes done to activities. For ex., if a call is logged or a document is uploaded, how do we get these in the outbound message?

Hi Guru,

I found the below link that states the way to track the status of delivery for outbound messages. Please find the link below:

I found that it was not possible to track the status via api in the link->[https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000334992&language=en_US&type=1&mode=1]

Apart from the above can you also look at the below links which I think might be useful for your usecase:

>> Considerations: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=workflow_om_considerations.htm&type=5

>> Idea regarding the messages: https://success.salesforce.com/ideaview?id=08730000000Bpv4AAC

Hope this helps you. Please mark this answer as best so that others facing the same issue will find this information useful. Thank you

Hi Anutej - My issue is not about tracking outbound message activity. I want to know how to pass event changes or task changes as part of the outbound message.  For ex., if a call is logged or a document is uploaded, how do we get these in the outbound message?

Any help is appreciated.
