Governor limits and the best way to upload large amount of records

But i had a question, I get a common question about Salesforce governor limits, I understand what it is but, I was trying to find the correct use case. With that being said, is it better to upload say 200,000 records or so with DataLoader and set the batch size in the settings, or Use a batch able Apex Class and place it on a schedule ?

Dataloader is the best and easiest way to load 200,000 records to Salesforce. No coding at all.
I don't think you can use batcheable Apex to load data to salesforce from your hard drive.
