Hi,
Just started learning salesforce stuck in 1 problem ..pls help!
i have a field having value ex
salary=2020.0000
trying to remove last 2 zero only..not able to achieve
want result like: 2020.00
want to use only "FORMULA FIELD"
tried through round() but its not working

if you define a Currency field with 2 decimals for Salary, you should solve the problem.

You are right by selecting currency field with 2 decimal it will work
but for doing something new ..i am trying to remove that trailing last 2 zero..through formula field...is it possible to do from that?
yes by creating a formula field, type currency, with only 2 decimals.
In the formula you can simply report the field Salary__c
