I was able to access shipping address in the new report when I create in my dev org is there any issue you are facing while creating them?

Hi Anutej,

No, I am not facing issue while creating, I am not able to apply logic- I am not getting only those  Account record which is having only shipping. I am getting record which has either both shipping and billing or only shipping.
But I need Account record have only ''shipping''. As I marked in the image address should be only 1 (shipping), not 0 or 2.
