Has anyone found a way to work around "Grant Access Using Hierarchy" for standard objects? I want to control access tot the opportunity object and was unpleasantly surprised when I could not do that

HI Maria,
The scenario of "grant access using Hierarchies "  for standard objects is not yet possible as per https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=security_controlling_access_using_hierarchies.htm&type=0 and there is no workaround for this.

The "Grant Access Using Hierarchies" option is always selected on standard objects and is not editable."
