Flow Builder Text Template Element Defaulting to Rich Text
I am using a Text Template element as the Body of a Send Email element and therefore I set the type of the Text Template to 'Plain Text', however on subsequent edits, the Text Template is defaulting to 'Rich Text'. Does anyone know why my setting of 'Plain Text' is not persisting for each edit?
When I subsequently change the setting from 'Rich Text' back to 'Plain Text' all of the HTML tags are rendered into the field and I have to then delete them all.
Your issue seems related to the known issue - https://success.salesforce.com/issues_view?id=a1p300000008XFtAAM. Before editing, you should change the default to plain text and then edit and save.
