How to avoid duplicate Queue names from Queue lookup field?

Hello guys,
 
I am trying to create a Task and want to assign it to Queue but it shows double values and only one is correct how to avoid this.

Hey Sandeep,

First check if you have duplicate Queue. And if you dont need them, kindly delete it from Queue list. Then you will get only single queue.
