External system URLs not working in Salesforce

Hi,
We are trying to use external system Urls in salesforce but those urls are not redirecting us to the external system page and is giving the error 'DNS address could not be found'. Does anyone know why those urls are not working ?

PS: Also added those Domain name in CSP and Trusted Sites in Salesforce.

Hi Swetha,
We have embedded external Urls in salesforce references i.e
1. Custom Tab
2. Custom link 
Both references redirect to the external system.(that are not working)
