Added Activity with New Event and Email but Not Dispalying in Lightning case page

UseCase: 
Added the Activity in the case pagelayout and added in the lightning page as well, as shown below.

but Event and Case are not getting  visible, may i know the reason behind it.

Hey Samantha,

1. First ensure if there is any record exist under activity
2. Then check if any visibility condition is set on the component while adding on the page.
