salesforce to outlook integration

I have a requirement for outlook integration with salesforce. I have seen many videos on youtube but it did not resolve my issue. can anyone suggest to me the right way?
I need if anyone send email then it should be shown on record activity page

HI Akshay,
You can try the Einstein Activity Capture feature.

When reps send and receive emails, Einstein Activity Capture automatically adds them to the activity timeline of related account, contact, contract, lead, opportunity, and quote records.

I have already done this stuff none help. Maybe I am missing something.

When I am sending mail through Contact>record>activity> email then the email is shown on the below activity but the person when replies on that mail then it is not showing on activity.
I have already gone through many sites all setting seems to be good.
