App Exchange not working in Sandbox

As user was created with Admin profile in sandbox, but when trying to install an app from the AppExchange the sandbox user name does not work. With some reserach saw that the user would need to have force.com login. How would that user find his force.com login information?

Hi Robert,

it works like this for me:

Start from your sandbox.  click on "Add AppExchange Apps," choose the App you want, choose "Get it Now."

It may ask you to log in, if it does, use your production credentials.  The URL will read "login.salesforce.com ..."

At this point, it should ask you, "How would you like to continue?"  Choose "Install in sandbox."

You'll be asked to log in again.  The URL will read "https://tapp0.salesforce.com ..."  Log in with your sandbox credentials.  If you've got more than one sandbox, be sure to use the correct username for the one that you want.

Continue with the installation process ...

Still, if you have problem Please login in first into App exchange. Click on Login or Register which is on the right top corner first and provide your Production credentials to log in. Then click on get it now and when it takes to the tapp0.....URL provide your sandbox credentials without changing your URL and you will be able to install.

Hope this helps.
