Developer Edition [Classic] - Admin- Tags not visible

Hi All,
Can you please help me in below
1) Using the Build ->Tags->Tag Settings i have enbaled the tags for Custom objects and layouts. 

2) After enabling when i go to tab which hold the those custom objects, i am not able to see the tag option. Attached the screen shot

Hi Srinivas,

Greetings to you!

Once you’ve added Tags to the Page Layout, you’ll see them at the top of the record. To add a tag, just click the button!

Also, make sure that topics are not enabled by default because they are mutually exclusive with tags. So make sure they are not enabled on objects you want tags to appear on.
