Increase contrast of fonts and selection icons

Is there a way to darken the selections, or increase the font size in Lightning. The options appear to be "Greyed Out" and are hard to see.

This is known issue. previously people identified this issue and highligted to salesforce (via) idea view.  you can vote below any  idea. if the points is high then SF people consider to fix this Feature in upcomming release.
