Regarding Arabic Language (Right to Left Input )

Can we input the arabic language from right to left for any record in objects in lightning experience (In salesforce classic its working but in lightning Experience is there any option ?)

It is an Idea (https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000E2wWQAS) to support right-to-left languages in Lightning Experience. You can also upvote this idea.

However, Lightning right-to-left language support is now available in Beta!

1. What is the change?
With Winter'19, Salesforce has improved the layout for right-to-left languages, with support for UI mirroring and right alignment. Customer admins can activate and deactivate Lightning Right-to-Left Support in their org using the new Org Preference.

2. How do I enable Lightning Right-to-Left Support?
Salesforce team highly recommend you test right-to-left language support thoroughly in your Sandbox before activating the feature in your production org.

To activate this feature in any of your orgs, take the following steps:

1. Navigate to Setup > Quick search > User interface.
2. Check Enable Lightning Right-to-Left Support (Beta).

U have any idea when it will be implemented other than beta or can we rise a case against this so that it will be implented in our orgs

Maybe in the next release, we will get this functionality completely, It was long due. In beta, there are lots of bugs, hope it will be fixed asap. However, you can log a ticket to Salesforce support, they can give you more idea about the same.
