combining two related lists with lookups to the same object

Hi, Not sure if I explained myself correctly. Have a custom object with two lookups to the same object “account”. Problem is it creates two separate related lists as below. Would really like to just have one related list. [cid:image002.png@01D493B7.C94CD160] And on related record the information appears under the existing client relationship [cid:image003.png@01D493B7.C94CD160] Greatly appreciate any help. Yes .. You can create a two-record type and show it based on the record type value into single related list
