Duplicate management in Group edition

I am working on Group edition. I have a requirement that I have to configure duplicate rule for Lead object but in this edition we don't have option to create duplicate/ matching rule also we can't write triggers. Please let me know if any other option we have or any app-exchange app we have for duplicate management in group edition.

I need to re create and duplicate a Delivery group because it has a invalid character which is breaking the LHC import to the SQL express DB after enabling. i need to create a new Delivery group but keep it exact same as previous Deleivery group such as AD groups which have access to the Deleivery group, Published apps and app properties and published desktops and AD groups assigned to Desktops is this possible through powershell or another method ?
