i tried to create a new trail head play ground for and i am gettting { An error has occurred in the following section: [Exception, DomainNotPropagated]. Salesforce.com has been notified of this error.} can any body help me with this
This is an error or misconfiguration on Salesforce's side - at least it was in my case. You should open a support-case and refer to this link

It would take some time to create domain of the trailhead playground.I would suggest you wait for 5 minutes then log in again to launch the trailhead playground.
