High Value Residential Error

I am having problems with this report, I get an error message:
'Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
Couldn't find the summation of annual revenue in the report 'High Value Residential.'

The below screenshot shows the I had applied the sum. Can anyone tell me what am I missing here?

I trust you are doing splendidly and enjoying the season
 

To summarize the Annual Revenue, change the view from Tabular to Summary, then add the Annual Revenue field to the summary table, and you should be prompted to select how you want the Annual Revenue summarized. Pick Sum. If you're not auto-prompted, you can click the Annual Revenue column header and select "Summarize This Field..."

Also, I suggest you please REFRESH THE DASHBOARDS before checking up the challenge.

Also, this kind of error pops up due to renaming reports or dashboards label after creation or when you Clone dashboards. Thus for any further challenges: DO NOT CLONE Dashboards or Reports. Always create from scratch.

Try these steps:
  • Delete the existing dashboards/reports.
  • Delete it from the bin as well.
  • Create new dashboards/reports.
  • Refresh dashboards before checking up the challenge.
  • Check Challenge.
