Hi,

I can't seem to get past this error.
We can't find the Cloudy Weather reusable email. Ensure the Macro uses the Cloudy Weather reusable email for the subject and body.

Here is what I  have:

I have created quick text, email template, and macros.

Any help is appreciated,

Hi,

Check the name of the template you created if it is same as in the requirement.

Best Regards,
Sandhya

Hi Pramod,

I have the same issue, but I can't even do the "select update case action" that you have on your step 3.
I tried added a quick action in the page layout but it is not showing and I don't know what else to do.
On what did you click to have that action appear?

Thanks,
Amelie

Also, I think something is wrong with the layout of the macro builder. The left part of the console is not showing and there is a double part on top... I guess that is also why it is not working but I have no clue on how to fix it...

Hi Amelie,

"Select Update Case" action is only available when you click on fields. Try clicking on Status field to get that option.

Hi Pramod,

Thanks for your answer - I obviously tried to click on everything I could but the only thing that is working is when I click on the "email" action.
The rest does nothing at all...

Thanksm

Dear Pramod,
Service Cloud Superbadge
Challenge 6 requires Macro and Quick Action
The Macro instructions required to complete this challenge are:
- Select Active Case Tab
- Select Email Action
- Select Update Case
The problem is although I can can see 'Update Case' in the macro canvas,
it is not active and will not populate my instruction set
Likewise, 'Update Case' is not available On the Macro [Add Instruction] drop down menu.
I have performed all of the prerequisites
- Created the macro and quick action
- Included Update Case in Case Page Layout
- etc

I have gone through all of the trailhead instructions many times / troubleshooting for days.
I cannot find what step(s) is/are missing.

Would appreciate any help.

Ajay,

I was able to pass through that challenge with just two activities in the Macro:

- The 1st one selecting the template Cloudy weather;
- The 2nd one selecting the quick action created to change the case status and description (at this part you have to select the quick text).

PS: When creating the page layout of your quick action, remember to keep the fields: status (required) and description on the page layout.

Please, take a look at my screenshots:

I hope those instructions can help you.

If you were able to pass, please select that answer as the best one.

Ok, so I found out what was the problem in my case and i had 2 macros, one names Cloudy Weather Resolution doing nothing (done earlier) and one actually making all automation named 'Send Email' just like error suggests it should be named. Nothing more wrong, just deleted old one and renamed working macro from 'send email' to 'Cloudy Weather Resolution' and all worked fine :) I made inside macro 2 instrucions, first for sending email from Cloudy weather template and second to change status and description of Case. Hope it will help someone ^^

Beside the steps mentioned by Guilherme_Monteiro, you also need to check the following
1. The name of Macro Folder  must be "Cloudy Weather Template". (Note: this step is missing in the exercise)
2. The Macro Name is  "Cloudy Weather Resolution"
