Business admin specialist superbadge Step 4: The 'Residential Sales Welcome Email' is using the incorrect letterhead.
Hey All,
I'm trying to figure out what I've done wrong here, but even after going through all the steps again I'm landing at the same problem. The letterhead looks fine to me (I've even gone to the effort of removing the older version I did and redoing a new one all over again) but I'm still at the same error. Any help would be appreciated :)
(Hoping it's something as simple as a spelling error, but I have been fairly careful about copy/pasting titles or names to make sure that isn't a problem!)
Thanks,
Merran
I was having the same problem you were and I just solved it. I had created an Enhanced Letterhead from the App Launcher menu as well as the 2 email templates from the App Launcher menu. When I went back and deleted those I was able to complete the challenge.
I hope this helps you,
Chris

I had found this link a little bit before I made this post and compared back then and saw no differences between my work and the screenshots. The error specifically has an issue with the letterhead, and I honestly can't figure out why that's the case as I'm using the same name, image and line colours as listed in the badge description.
This morning I deleted all my work from last night and redid it again while following the requirements (double checking my work against that link) and I have the same error again.
Thanks,
Merran
I had the same issue and hopefully you have solved it by now. However, if anyone else has a tough time figuring it out, you just have to paste "106935" color in the Letterhead Top Line, Middle Line, and Bottom Line Color instead of the default color. (i.e. #GFFFFF, #AFFFFF, etc)
All the Best,
Bo
i fixed it
i had turned on lightning email templates>folders and enhanced sharing. when i turned that off it worked.
Thanks,
Sumi
Really sorry, I did the cardinal sin of not updating this after I found the solution for myself.
What I had managed to do is move the original letterhead I was working on into a different folder and didn't change the name. I had assumed that trailhead looks at the "Letterhead Unique Name" rather than the label, so I had only changed that and totally forgot it was there until I did some proper digging through the org I created.
All I had to do from that point was delete the wrong one and then press the check button again. All was fine and the rest of the steps are a breeze :)
Thanks,
Merran

I didn't get solve this problem to go ahead the next challenge. I receive the same message ("The 'Residential Sales Welcome Email' is using the incorrect letterhead") and I already checked everythings.
Can someone help me in this issue?
Thanks,
Jardel

Do not use Email Template and Enhanced Letterhead
Why it happends? If you created first template before creating folder to store it - It would stay in "personal". You may have then created another one with the same name but it was created in the new folder. When checking Challenge Salesforce keeps testing the firts one :).
The solution can be done with these few steps -
1. Delete both Email templates created with app launcher Email Template App.
2. Delete Enhanced Letter lead if you created.
3. Turn off Folders and Enhanced Sharing in Lightning Email Template.
4. Now create template with Classic Email Template.
I hove it will solve the issue.
None of the above got me past this error, but once I was (mostly) confident I had taken all the right steps after reading all this I created a new trailhead playground and repeated the steps while taking into consideration the above pitfalls. It worked.
