Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboard Superbadge Challenge 7 error

Hello, I'm on step 7 of the Superbadget for Reports & Dashboards and created an org specifically for this badge. I have received the following error message:
Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
There was an unexpected error while verifying this challenge. Usually this is due to some pre-existing configuration or code in the challenge Org. We recommend using a new Developer Edition (DE) to check this challenge. If you're using a new DE and seeing this error, please post to the developer forums and reference error id: RBYLMECN
Any way to get through the last 2 steps without having to create new DE org and redo all the challenges?
Thanks!
Nicole

Hi Nicole,

Sorry for this issue you are encountering.

If you are using a brand new developer org then please double check that your org doesn't have a namespace enabled.\

If the problem continues,  log out of all accounts and log in once again in a different browser by clearing the cache and cookies which should probably do the trick.

Follow the below steps which might help you pass the challenge.

Component Type: Vertical Bar
Tip:Max Groups Displayed = 9

Case Drivers and SolarBot Ownership:

Thanks Nagendra. I've created a new DE, but now am running into the problem that when I install the SolarBot  package, the Data Import tab is not showing up. I've logged out of all SF orgs, downloaded the package in an incognito window, cleared the cache/cookies, downloaded on different devices/computers, uninstalled and reinstalled the package but the Data Import tab never shows up. I's there something in the DE that is preventing the Data Import tab from showing up?
