Data Storage Limits Exceeded

Are you getting it in your developer account or salesforce production .. 


in case if its salesforce production 
  1. Implement data archival into the on-premises database and remove from the salesforce 
  2. Or Reach to salesforce buy more space ..

If its developer edition 

Delete the some data
