Receiving the chat requests for already created cases in Omni channel

Receiving the chat requests as soon as go to Available for chat in omni channel where the requests were initiated long back (2months / 3 months back) and these are already created cases. The only similarity we found is case owner is the current logged in user.

How to avoid these old case requests? These request are popping out everytime when we go for Available for chat.
