Edit an archived article?

Can we edit an archived article?
If so, then what permissions are required?

PS: I have already given "Manage articles" and "CRUD on article type" permissions to my user.

In case somebody has a similar problem:

An archived article cannot have an Edit Button on its layout, the only logical way is, to Restore the Article from List View, which will create a Draft Version of that Article and you can then modify it and publish it again.
 
This is the standard way of working in Knowledge Articles.
