How to edit the specific page layout that is currently using in the app in lightning experience. For example , in Sales app there is a object called Account, which have multiple page layouts. How can i select the page layout that is using by sales app.

Yes, there is a way to check the name of the page layout. Go to app builder by navigating to account record > click on setup > click on edit page button and select the record details standard component. In the right pane you can see the name of the page layout.

Hi Ankit,

You want Sales Page Layout in Sales App, so to do that you should assign that page layout to the specific profile and then you'll be able to see it in your app for that profile.
