Account hierarchy in community

Hello,

we want to use the Inline Account Hierarchy (from Salesforce Labs installiert) in a Salesforce Lightning Community. But it shows
Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.

I checked everthing about permissions but can't see anthing what would prevent access.

Can someone help?

thanks
Peter

Hello Raj,

thank you for your comment.
Yes, we installed it for all User.

Is there anything else what can cause this?

Thanks
Peter

Hey there,

we figured out the for some reason "WRITE"-Permissions are required to get the component work. Either on the backend. But why? This component should only show accounts in hierarchy.

The minimum permission required us read on object to access an object  .. that might be the issue

Looks like you don't have read access for an account on the profile  ..So you are getting this error

We had some trials on Permissions and else. We figured out, this package requires "Edit"-Permissions on the Object in any case. For Community Users as well for standard Backendusers. As long "Edit" on Account is possible, the hierarchy works. With "read" only it won't work.
