I just changed license and clone profiles of some users.
The license is currently at Salesforce.
Some users receive this message while trying to open the 'Activities' tab.: 'You don't have access to this record. Ask your administrator for help or to request access.'
Can someone help me.

Kindly create a Permission set and assign license to User. So, that they able to access the "Activites" tab.
