Custom label namespace prefix replaced-while-saving apex class

My org has  namespace prefix ‘Openq__’ ,while saving apex class 

custom labels replaces namespace prefix with lower case ‘openq__’

can please help me out .

Apex code, as well as namespace prefix, are case-insensitive. So you can store the camel case in the code repository, while Apex on the org treats the prefix another way, it doesn't matter for the development.
