Service Setup doesn't show up in trailhead playground.

I created a trailhead playground, but the 'Service Setup' options doesn't show up. Do you know how to fix this? I need this feature to do couple of service cloud related modules.

Make Sure 'Service Cloud User' Checkbox is checked on your user:

It is checked. Still doesn't show up.

Probably the traihead playground is pretty old. Try creating a new playground and see if the service console shows up.
