An entiltlement process for response time. It exits when we change the case status from new to any other. timer starts showing the remaining time. when we change the status new to any other timer stops but update the remaining time when page is refreshed

I have an entiltlement process for response time. It exits when we change the case status from new to any other. When we create case case Milestone timer starts showing the remaining time. when we change the status new to any other timer stops but when we refresh the page timer get updated and shows the remaing time decreased. Please help.
