Reply/Reply All/Forward is not working in community

Hi,

Community users are not abel to reply/Reply all/Forward mails . There are getting the below error,
User-added image
profile used here is Customer Commnity User .
Any suggestions on how can we get rid of this as this is urgent.

Make sure that your Email Deliverability access is set to All Email, by going to Setup -> Email -> Deliverability
