@Firoz,

You can achieve it with a process builder.

Go-to process builder, in object select your object name then in criteria give TODAY() >= OPENDATE then in immediate actions, select update the record then select first radio button then in fields select your picklist field then in values select OPENED.

likewise create more criterias for all your conditions.

Hope it helps.

On which object you have the email field?
Sainath VenkatSainath Venkat
I assume you have the email field on Loan Object,

To send an email, first you need to create an email template and email alert then goto workflows, create a new workflow rule and for objects, select "Loan" then in rule criteria for field select "Loan Status" then in operator select "equal to" then in value select "Approved", click on save&next button.

In next step, click on "Add workflow action" then select existing action from dropdown then in next screen select Email alert then select the email alert that you created.

save it and activate it then test it.

Hope it helps.

SORRY I HAVE AN EMAIL FIELD ON CUSTOMER OBJECT
FIROZ RAYAPATI 9FIROZ RAYAPATI 9
I AM TRYING TO IMPLEMENTING THAT BY USING FORMULA FIELD BUT FORMULA FIELD RETURN SUPPORT ONLY 8 TYPES OF DATA TYPES IT DOES NOT SUPPORT EMAIL DATA TYPE FIELD  SO THATS WHY ITS NOT POSSIBLE I THINK SO
Sainath VenkatSainath Venkat
Formula field won't work here...... create a email field and populate it with a workflow rule....in the same workflow rule you need to do which I mentioned in my last comment
FIROZ RAYAPATI 9FIROZ RAYAPATI 9
WHAT I AM UNDERSTANDING IS CREATE ONE EMAIL FIELD IN THE LOAN OBJECT THEN CREATE WORKFLOW RULE TO GET THE VALUE WHAT YOU ARE ENTERED IN THE CUSTOMER OBJECT WITH THAT HAVING RELATION AND UPDATE THE RECORD IN THE LOAN OBJECT..THIS IS RIGHT
Sainath VenkatSainath Venkat
exactly, in te same workflow follow this too once you done with email field update.
