Send survery link with question from Salesforce and stock back in Survery object

Hello,

How is it possible to send a link from Salesforce to end usrs to fill a survery and stock them in survey object ?

Hi,

Greetings to you!

You can select whether you want to send your survey to participants within your company or outside your company. To enable participants to take the survey without logging in, make sure that you have Communities are enabled in your org and public access is enabled for the community.
