How to remove standard fields of an object from the fields dropdown in UI, we need to show only custom fields in dropdown

This is UI , in Job requisition fields dropdown we need to display only custom fields.

Schema.DescribeFieldResult for a field is having isCustom() method. You can use that to filter the fields in apex.
