Error in Launching trailhead playground

hi

when ever i am trying to launch my trailhead playgroun (old or new one)  following error comes
[This site can’t be reached
curious-raccoon-og38f6-dev-ed--c.documentforce.com’s server IP address could not be found.
Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN]
 please help me out i was trying from yesterday.

Have you tried to connect to the playground in different networks?

Try with a personal network connection and let us know the outcome

Hi Jyotsana,

Greetings to you!

1. The Trailhead support team has sent you a mail to reset a playground password. Reset the playground password via email reset link.
2. Go to Trailhead -> Hands-On Orgs.
3. Disconnect/Remove meetjyotsanasingh@curious-raccoon-og38f6.com from hands-on Org.
4. Click on 'Connect an org'.
5. Enter the playground credentials and log in. 

Still, if the problem persists I would suggest you please reach out to trailhead support team for better and quick assistance on the above issue.
