Process Builder:-
Process Builder is a point-and-click tool that lets you easily automate if/then business processes and see a graphical representation of your process as you build.

Flow Builder:-
Flow Builder is the declarative interface used to build individual flows

Apex trigger:-
Apex triggers enable you to perform custom actions before or after events to records in Salesforce, such as insertions, updates, or deletions

 

Answer is Process Builder because in Process Builder we dont have to match the condition and the step would be minimum and output will be maximum, it is easiest bussiness automation tool. so, save our time we preferd do the above scenerio by process builder.
