Integrate Third Party Web chat

Hi, 

I have developed my own chat solution therefore, I would like to know that is there any way to use my chat solution as the backend in the omnichannel widget?

 

Please guide me in this aspect.

Instead of your own chat solution you can use zendesk, 3CX, etc for your website. It is a really difficult task to integrate custom chat solution to backend of your website. Once, I also tried a lot to do the same thing for my website https://cloptoncapital.com/cmbs-loans/ But I couldn't do it. Second option is hire a developer and pay him to do this task.
