How to make the email subject as constant while replying

When ever a case is created through the email to case and if the user is replying to the customer on the same email from the console by inserting the email template and the subject of email is automatically changing how can I avoid this

Hi Pavan,

Try creating an action on the case object and set a predefined value for the subject field.
