Email alert to Case Team members
I have a requirement to send an email alert to case team members whenever the Case Status changes. I tried using Process builder to identify a Case Status change and send an email alert. However for cases with No Case Teams the process builder fails with Limit exceeded or 0 recepients. Is there a way to prevent the process builder from failing if there are no team members assigned to the case ?
