Girish Reddy 52 Hello Everyone, I'm getting 'Process failed. First exception on row 0; first error: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING, missing required field: [nextApproverIds]: [nextApproverIds]' this error on Prod
Approval & Process builder is working fine on Sandbox, but this error is occurring on prod. I tried figuring out the problem but could not get anything.
Does anyone know what might be the problem why am I getting this error?

As the error suggests that NextApproverIds is misssing. Can you check your approval process and see if the next approver is populated and if the approver is taken from the field make sure the data is filled in that field.
