I got stucked in PD2  Advanced apex specialist challenge2 - 
Update the codebase to use best practices.

I don't know but I wonder if they could potentially use a flow triggered on delete that does a check and forces an error. Think trying to update a lookup field on the user making the delete with a bad ID or something.
