Facing the error when opening the record

We couldn't find the record you're trying to access. It may have been deleted by another user, or there may have been a system error. Ask your administrator for help.

when a record owner is changed in such a way that context user no longer has visibility on that record, check once another user might be deleted that record ,in profile profile level which access you gave like Read,write,Edit if you gave these access permission set to another user they will have all permission they can delete the record and edit the  record all permission they have so check  it once, just disable the access permission in another user profile in your profile give acess permission all like edit ,delete, enable the checkbox in your profile level.Then which record you want see you can see.

Main Reason:-

Related Record owner change, previously it's work for you but when this record becomes assign to another user the you can not access.
