How do I display long text in a lightning record page?

I have an object that has a long text field. When I add the field to the page layout, the text gets truncated. I am using standard salesforce functionality. So I would like to know what I need to do next.

Hi Philly,

Edit the PayLoadData Custom Field and you can set the # Visible Lines under Long Text Area Options. Try to set more number then check.
